Kean One is a multi-disciplined corporate conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, India. Born from the entrepreneurial vision of Mr Rajendra Varma, Kean has evolved from its construction contracting roots into a multi-vertical powerhouse with businesses spanning civil engineering, real estate, logistics and warehousing, marble manufacturing and real estate inventory holdings.

Mr Rajendra Varma
Founder
With a career spanning over 25 years across real estate, infrastructure, warehousing and the marble industry, Mr Varma, a qualified Civil Engineer, founded Kean Construction with a vision for excellence. Under his strategic leadership, the firm has evolved into a powerhouse multi-vertical conglomerate. From its foundational roots in Gujarat and Rajasthan to expansive operations in – Mumbai, UAE and across Indian Ports, Mr Varma has been striving to shape the urban skyline and the nation’s coastal infrastructure.

With a distinguished 34-year career in the construction industry, Vishnu brings a wealth of specialised expertise to the group’s leadership.
He is the primary steward of the group’s operational rigour, consistently delivering project success through a precise balance of timely execution, fiscal discipline, and an uncompromising commitment to HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and quality benchmarks.
Sagar Shah
Executive Director (TBD) – MARINE DIVISION
As a founding partner of the Marine Infrastructure Division, Sagar has been instrumental in defining its strategic direction.
Combining sharp business acumen with a meticulous eye for detail, he remains a primary architect of the division’s sustained growth and operational excellence.

Director – Strategy & Operations
Darshan plays a pivotal role in architecting the group’s overarching business strategy and institutionalising operational excellence.
He spearheads long-term growth planning and ensures seamless project execution across both the Construction and Realty Divisions, driving the group toward its goal of becoming a premier indian corporate conglomerate with global footprints.

Nakshatra serves as a vital catalyst for the group’s expansion, providing strategic oversight across new business development, sales, marketing, and finance.
