About the Group

General Questions

Kean One is a strategically diversified Indian conglomerate with a footprint spanning India and the UAE. Our ecosystem comprises four high-impact pillars: Advanced Construction (Residential, Industrial and Marine), Premium RealtySupply Chain Logistics (Warehousing) and Bespoke Surfaces (Marble).

The group companies are namely Kean Construction (kean.construction), Kean Realty (kean.realty), Kean Logistics (keanlogistics.com)  and Earthen Pearl (earthenpearl.com).

It is the parent brand Kean One that unifies all these verticals under a single corporate identity and vision.

Kean One traces its origins to the early 2000s phase, with its founder, Mr Rajendra Varma, a civil engineer, honing his engineering skills at his family’s business, focused on the construction of small industrial and residential projects in Gujarat and the restoration of havelis in Rajasthan.

In 2006, Mr Varma tapped into Mumbai’s high-potential redevelopment segment and later expanded his business interest to marine infra, marble and warehousing verticals across India and the UAE. Going independent, he went on to establish Earthen Marble ( 2012), Kean Construction (2016), Kean Logistics (2021), Kean Realty (2025) and Kean BM Infratech(early-2026).

The group formally adopted the “Kean One” identity in 2026 to reflect its conglomerate stature across multi-disciplinary businesses.

Kean One is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India — India’s financial and commercial capital.

Kean Construction

Construction & Projects

Kean Construction undertakes a wide range of project types: high-rise residential buildings, commercial towers, mixed-use developments, industrial structures, redevelopment and rehabilitation projects and marine infrastructure (ports, jetties, harbours, coastal works).

We offer both civil construction and complete Lock-N-Key (turnkey) delivery.

We specialise in taking over and completing slow-moving projects. Our expertise in redevelopment and project rescue makes us one of the few contractors in India equipped to handle such complex engagements. 

  • The Project Ownership Ideology is the philosophical cornerstone of Kean Construction — the belief that every project we undertake is treated as our own.
  • Rather than acting as a contract executor, Kean approaches every project with a developer’s and engineering mindset: conducting market studies, feasibility analyses, site surveys and technical planning before committing.

We take full accountability for outcomes — not just activity.

  • Yes. Kean Construction has a dedicated Marine Infrastructure Division that handles ports, jetties, wharves, breakwaters, seawalls, and coastal engineering projects. 
  • We have completed 11 marine projects across India’s coastline and work with port authorities, state governments and private maritime operators.
  • Marine projects are handled under the Kean Construction umbrella.

Kean Realty

Real Estate & Home Buying

Yes. All Kean Realty (kean.realty) residential projects are fully registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). RERA registration numbers are prominently displayed in all project marketing materials, brochures and on our website. 

This ensures complete regulatory compliance and buyer protection.

 

Configurations include 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and Jodi flats

Kean Realty has tie-ups with India’s leading banks and housing finance companies, including SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and PNB Housing Finance. 

Our dedicated sales team assists homebuyers with loan application support, documentation, and negotiating the best available rates. Pre-approved loan facilities are available at select projects.

Kean Logistics

Warehousing

Kean Logistics offers Grade-A warehousing (standard ambient storage).

We cater to FMCG, e-commerce, pharma, automotive and industrial clients with facilities ranging from dedicated warehouses to shared multi-client spaces.

Kean Logistics operates a pan-India network with primary hubs in Gujarat & Maharashtra. We are strategically positioned near major highway corridors, industrial clusters and urban consumption centres to maximise supply chain efficiency for clients.

Kean Logistics offers flexible solutions from 5,000 sq. ft. (shared warehousing) to 500,000+ sq. ft. (dedicated Grade-A facilities), depending on client requirements, location and lease term. 

We work with clients to design right-sized solutions that match their throughput and growth plans. Contact our logistics team for a customised proposal.

Kean Logistics is primarily a provider of warehousing and distribution infrastructure. Last-mile delivery is available through our network of logistics technology partners and 3PL tie-ups. 

Earthen Pearl

Marble & Natural Stone

Earthen Pearl offers over 500 varieties of natural and engineered stone, including Italian marble (Statuario, Carrara, Calacatta), Indian marble, granite (Black Galaxy, Kuppam Green, Kashmir White), onyx, quartzite, sandstone and engineered quartz. The brand has its own major stockyards in Gujarat (India) and Sharjah (UAE) and a global sourcing chain from renowned quarries worldwide.

Products are available in various formats: slabs, tiles, steps, countertops, wall cladding, and custom architectural elements in multiple surface finishes.

Yes. Earthen Pearl distributes across all major Indian metros and Tier-2 cities through our direct sales team and authorised dealer network. International export is also available for select product categories.

Absolutely. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility offers full custom fabrication using Italian wire saws, multi-blade gangsaws, waterjet cutters and CNC routers. 

We produce custom slabs, tiles, countertops, steps and architectural elements to precise specifications. Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by product.

Earthen Pearl provides technical installation guidance. For large institutional or hospitality projects, on-site technical supervision is available. Contact our design consultancy team for project-specific installation support.

Kean One explores investment partnerships at the vertical level (through joint ventures in construction, real estate and logistics).

As a privately held group, Kean One does not publish public financial reports.
