A Day on Site
Our site engineers and supervisors are drawn from India's top civil engineering programs and bring deep technical expertise. Kean was among the first companies to deploy tunnel formwork in Mumbai's high-rise sector.
Engineers review the latest structural drawings and RFI responses and issue daily work orders to the respective supervisors.
Concrete pours, rebar work, formwork, MEP rough-ins — all trades working in coordinated zones under supervisor oversight.
The project engineer walks all active zones, conducts quality checks, records progress against the milestone schedule and escalates any deviations.
Daily progress report submitted digitally, tools secured, site inspected and handover briefing given to the night security team.
